OUR STORY

At Havencraft Homes, our journey began with a simple conversation between three lifelong friends—Tony, Jas and Simran who shared a frustration with the typical home-building process. We saw a gap where transparency, integrity, quality, and customer care were lacking, and we knew we could offer something better.

Determined to deliver on our vision, we brought in Paul Scoble, a trusted friend and expert builder with over 40 years of experience and a passion for craftsmanship. Together, we’ve created Havencraft Homes.

OUR PROCESS

Initial Consultation - We get to know your budget, style, and preferences. Bring along your ideas and land documents, like subdivision plans and zoning certificates, to help us get started.
Site Visit - We’ll visit your land to assess the conditions and accessibility.
Design - Our architects will create concept designs based on your requirements. If you already have plans, we can use those too.
Tender Presentation - A detailed tender with fixed pricing is prepared for your review.
External Colours and Plan Review - Choose your home’s external colours and sign off on the final plans.
Regulatory Approvals - We manage Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) approvals.
Internal Selections - Work with our design experts to choose your internal colours, appliances, fixtures, and fittings. We’ll help ensure everything stays within your budget.
Contract Sign-Off - Once approvals are obtained, we’ll sign the contracts, arrange site preparation, and get ready to start building.
Our qualified tradespeople, led by a dedicated supervisor, build your home with attention to detail. You’re welcome to visit the site at any time, and we’ll keep you updated on progress.
Your home is complete, and we hand over the keys! We’ll conduct a thorough inspection to ensure you're fully satisfied with your home’s final finish. As you’re settling in, some areas of your home may require additional attention - you can rest assured that we’ll be there to support.
