How it began
At Havencraft Homes, our journey began with a simple conversation between three lifelong friends, Tony, Jas and Simran, who shared a frustration with the typical home-building process. We saw a gap where transparency, integrity, quality, and customer care were lacking, and we knew we could offer something better.
Determined to deliver on our vision, we brought in Paul Scoble, a trusted friend and expert builder with over 35 years of experience and a passion for craftsmanship. Together, we've created Havencraft Homes.

We meet that fear with structure. HBCF homeowners warranty insurance, fixed-price contracts, and progress payments tied to completed stages mean you never pay ahead of the work. The safeguards aren't fine print; they're a feature we volunteer.
